Penny auction is also a similar process, where different people bid to buy a certain item and one wins. But actually, the process is not simple; there are few rules, which vary on different sites. But general rules are almost similar.

There are different sites on the internet, which organize this auction. There is a foxed time for auction, like fifteen minutes. When a particular product comes for auction, different people place their bids. With every bid the price of the product, increases just a penny. After each bid a time of few seconds is give, usually 20 seconds. If the time ends, the last person will win the bid.

Penny auction is the cheapest method of online shopping. The winner has to pay just a fraction of the retail price of the product. Usually electronic items are kept in auction to attract more and more people. It usually includes phones, laptops, TV screens and other similar items. Different websites have different rules; usually you have to pay a small registration fee. Some websites sale number of bids, and they charge very low for this. Other than that, it’s real fun, when a lot of people are bidding at last few minutes to win the bid.
